Tree Flower Mushroom Salad — Yi Recipe Contributed by: Ashley and Kelly Zi


Ingredients
A. 200 grams boiled tree flower mushrooms. Rinse them well, and soak in water for a while.
B. 2 stalks of green onions.
C. 2 garlic cloves finely chopped, 5 soup spoons of soy sauce, 3 soup spoons of dark vinegar, 1 teaspoon of white sugar, 1 soup spoon of sesame oil, a little salt, a little monosodium glutamate, a little hot pepper.
Mix the ingredients A, B, C together well. Place mixture on a serving dish and garnish with Chinese parsley (cilantro) on top.
