Shopping Instructions


Placing an order
  1. To purchase an item, click on the "Add to cart" button beside the item in the Shop.
  2. A separate page will open, showing your “Shopping cart” with the list of items you have selected.
  3. If you wish to add more items from the Shop page, click on "Continue Shopping" if you are using Internet Explorer. For Firefox users, click on the "Shop" tab (the "Continue Shopping" button does not work).
  4. If you do not wish to add more items, view your shopping cart to check that quantities and prices are correct. If you wish to change items and quantities, make the necessary changes, then click on “Update cart”.
  5. When you are ready to checkout, click on “Proceed to checkout”.
  6. If you have a Paypal account, login to Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, click on “Continue checkout” to create a Paypal account. You will need a credit card and an email address to create a Paypal account.
  7. Check that the shipping address is correct and add special instructions if any.
  8. Click on “Pay $xx now” to confirm the transaction.
  9. You will receive an email confirming your order, the amount payable and the shipping address.
  10. Once we receive confirmation from Paypal that payment has been made, we will send out your order and also inform you by email.
  11. All purchases are subject to availability. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will email you to arrange a refund or a later date of shipping.
Shipping
  1. Prices are quoted in US dollars and include international shipping.
  2. Items ordered will usually be mailed within 5 days of payment. The actual time of delivery will depend on the postal service and is not within our control.
  3. Airmail packages will usually take about two weeks to reach their destination. Surface mail packages will take about two months.
  4. Customs duties (if applicable) are not included in the price. We are not responsible for such charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for information.
  5. Items will be packed to the best of our ability, but if they are damaged in transit, please contact us within three days of receipt for a refund or replacement.
Exchanges and returns

We regret that, due to the high cost of international shipping, we are unable to entertain requests for exchanges or returns unless the goods were damaged in transit.


Special orders

If you wish to place bulk orders or are willing to have items shipped by surface mail, we may be able to offer a discount. Please contact us by email with the details and quantities you wish to order.


Privacy
  1. Shopping transactions are handled by Paypal. For more information, see Paypal's privacy policy.
  2. Credit card information is only held by Paypal. We do not store such data. Other customer information is solely used for facilitating transactions. This information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties unless required by law.
